TERMS OF USE:    By entering this site, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Customers in good standing shall have the opportunity to use samples of Gorell Windows & Doors, LLC (“Gorell”) Products (“Products”) and certain sales and marketing tools (collectively, “Tools”), which Gorell has prepared or produced to assist Customers to sell and service Products.  Customer acknowledges that certain of the tools are subject to Gorell’s copyright.  A user fee may be charged for certain of the Tools. Customer also acknowledges and agrees that Gorell shall at all times retain ownership of and title to all Tools in any media, including without limitation, price lists, catalogs, samples, parts kits, displays, literature, presentation materials, art work, ad slicks, website information and design, and other documents and things which Customer acquired from Gorell, which contain information about Products or which includes information or art work prepared by Gorell, whether or not Customer paid a user fee for any or all of the Tools.  Only Customers who are considered by Gorell to be in good standing shall be permitted to acquire or use the Tools, and Customer shall use all Tools only to sell and service Products.  Any other use is unauthorized.  Immediately, upon notice from Gorell that Customer is no longer in good standing, Customer shall cease all use of the Tools and return all Tools to Gorell in accordance with Gorell’s instructions.

A violation of these terms and conditions as to material subject to Gorell’s copyright is a violation of U.S. copyright law and may result in an award of civil damages against the infringer, including attorney fees and costs incurred by the copyright owner.  In addition, a violation may result in a criminal prosecution.  Criminal penalties of up to five years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $250,000 for individuals and $500,000 for organizations are authorized.  These penalties may increase for repeat offenders.
